Lauren Eirk is the owner of the Fitness Integrated Science Wellness Center, Kentucky's leading facility for Muscle Activation Techniques and personal training. Lauren has performed nearly 40 years of service in the Fitness Industry. As a result of her dedication to the fields of Muscle Health and Exercise Mechanics, she is best known for her ability to work with individuals that have highly complex health issues. Lauren the creator of Fitness Integrated Science TV , On-Demand Service to help clients over 50 get out of pain, avoid injury, and maintain their muscles with therapeutic workouts and Educational Programs using her 5-Step Cycle of Muscle Maintenance. She is the developer of the Fitness Integrated Science TV iOS, Android, and Roku Apps.
As an educator to other Health Professionals, Lauren has been known throughout the fitness industry for many decades for the creation of her unique style of Yoga, Yoga I.S.®, which integrates Yoga with the modern science of Biomechanics. Lauren is frequently invited to write and speak for national health and fitness conferences and certification organizations in the fields of resistance training, active aging, special populations, biomechanics, Yoga, and health fitness management.
Lauren holds a Master of Science degree in Health Fitness Management from the Minnesota College of Business and is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) from the International Association of Yoga Therapy She is a Full-Body Rx (MAT-Rx) Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist, and Master Level MAT Specialist. Lauren is a Registered E-RYT 500 level Yoga Instructor by the Yoga Alliance, a YACEP Continuing Education Provider for Yoga Alliance, and a Resistance Training Specialist®. She created the 500-Hour Yoga Integrated Science (Yoga I.S.®) Teacher Training Program and has certified hundreds of Yoga teachers for nearly two decades. Many studios have specifically sought out Yoga I.S.® graduates to teach for them, due to their high level of skills from this program.
Lauren is available for one-on-one Personal Training, Yoga Therapy, Online Fitness Coaching, Private Small Group Classes, and Muscle Activation Techniques® by appointment.
Cody Eubank holds a BS degree and is a Certified Personal Trainer for the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA-CSCS with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. Cody is a a Full-Body Rx (MATRx) Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist. Cody specializes in strength training and sports conditioning, although he is highly capable of working with clients that have complex health issues such as MS, joint replacements, chronic pain, and injury rehabilitation. Cody is highly skilled in biomechanics and resistance training. You will notice that Cody can create exercise programs that "think outside the box" due to his vast understanding of exercise mechanics and resistance training.
Cody is devoted to his beautiful daughter Molly, age 6, and is a valued member of Fitness Integrated Science and one of the most skilled fitness professionals in the country. Cody is available for one-on-one Personal Training and Muscle Activation Techniques by appointment.
Julie Hawley is a certified Pilates Instructor who will be looking to apply her knowledge to clients in a one-on-one setting. Julie is a member of Pilates Method Alliance and has completed the rigorous 500-Hour Comprehensive Pilates Education Program that includes training in all Comprehensive apparatus: Mat, Reformer, Jumpboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. In addition, her certification includes training in anatomy and special populations. Julie's energy and passion shines through with her clients.
Julie is married to Craig Hawley and together they have 19 year old boy/girl twins. She is available for one-on-one Pilates Personal Training and private Pilates Mat Group Classes by appointment.
Being an athlete most of her life, Lisa has always had a passion for Health & Fitness. After spending 25 years in the Financial Services industry she decided to turn her passion into a reality.
As a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she has been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade teaching group classes at the YMCA and one on one personal sessions with clients. Lisa spent the last 3 years as Head Trainer at The Marble Method where she sharpened her skills doing Personal Training in a group setting. She works with clients on a one on one basis and/or in small groups of two to four people if you have friends that would like to join in on the fun.
Lisa understands that the health of one thing affects the health of another. With that, she is also a health & wellness coach with Arbonne International specializing in gut health, nutritional supplements and clean, non toxic ways to help fuel your body from the inside out. She provides nutritional coaching and accountability for each of her clients as needed.
She has been happily married to her husband Nick for 19yrs. Her son Ty is Freshman in college student and together they have a fabulous dog named Bandit. Lisa is available for one-on-one Personal Training, private Group Classes, and Nutrition Coaching by appointment.
Linda Hope, BFA, joins the team at Fitness Integrated Science with over 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. Linda is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a 500 hr PMA/CP Pilates Method Alliance Teacher Training graduate in the rigorous 500-Hour Comprehensive Pilates Education Program that includes training in all apparatus, including Pilates Mat, Reformer, Springboard, Trapeze, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder, Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. She has holds certifications with Stott Pilates (Mat), Silver Sneakers, Fit Tour: "Strength Training Past 50", Zumba Fitness, TRX Suspension Trainer, and "Barre Amped".
"My deep desire to explore various practices of embodied wellness and my belief in the value of building a sustainable healthy and balanced lifestyle were the major catalysts for my entry into this industry in 2002. Since that time, I have pursued dynamic growth by obtaining certifications in many formats - always following my passions and curiosities, even when one such interest led me all the way to achieving a 1st Degree Black belt in Hapkido! Over the last 22 yrs, I have had the privilege of supporting people of all ages, from all walks of life, to overcome challenges and reach their personal, health-related goals. I have found so much joy and purpose in providing health education and instruction that empowers people to heal and strengthen their bodies so they can live their best lives. At 55, I am filled with gratitude for how my own body has carried me through all of life’s mountains and valleys, how it has supported my very active lifestyle and continues to adapt and adjust with each new challenge and adventure. The longer I live in this body, I’m more convinced of this truth…the time + energy that a person chooses to spend on caring for their bodies is one of the most worthwhile and loving investments they can make in their lifetime."
