Fitness Integrated Science is Kentucky's leading biomechanically-based fitness center. What's that mean? It means we use the science behind how the body works to enhance and improve its well-being. Our owner and chief trainer is Lauren Eirk, a nationally acclaimed fitness expert, uses her extensive knowledge of human anatomy to improve the lives of our clients. Fitness Integrated Science provides in-person and online instruction by providing  Muscle Activation Techniques, Personal Training, FIS TV On-Demand, Pilates Personal Training, and Yoga Therapy. As experts in each of these areas, we are uniquely qualified to help people of all ages overcome obstacles to fitness and wellness. Our knowledgeable staff will help you to maintain your muscles throughout all stages of life with progressive strength-building programs.
