Personal Training

What is Personal Training?

Our personal training services are designed to provide the most advanced evaluation in exercise prescription and personalized fitness instruction. Our personal trainers will help  you reach your goals with a plan unique to your body, while providing feedback on your progress, technique and form  in a science-based program specifically for you. 


Personal Training is ideal for people looking to:


  • Learn how to safely progress external resistance loads such as machines, free-weights, instability equipment, and elastomers to help you  build muscle and get stronger
  • Rehabilitate from or prevent an injury. We offer joint specific training therapy techniques that are designed to improve muscular imbalances and orthopedic health.
  • Focus on Goal-Specific exercises such as improved athletic performance, skills, or daily activity.
  • Improve core strength, lose weight, and improve flexibility, muscle conditioning, balance, and  agility.
  • Need assistance with exercise instruction, program variety, and getting out of fitness ruts.
  • Want to learn how to make exercise comfortable, pain-free, and effective
  • Be held accountable for their fitness regimens with the confidence of being trained by a Certified Health Professional.


Strength Personal Training:

We can train you one-on-one or in groups of two to four individuals that have similar training interests.  Contact us today to book your 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute sessions in the Personal Training Gym Area.    


Yoga Personal Training:

 Whether you want to work in person with us in a Semi-Private Group Class, work one-on-one with a Certified Yoga Instructor, or go online, your body will change with the Yoga Integrated Science Method.    Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in our private Yoga Studio Area.  


Pilates Personal Training:

 Strengthen your core with our Max™ Series STOTT Pilates Reformer and EXO Pilates Chair, Pilates Mat classes with small props , TRX®, BOSU®, Stability Balls, and  Ballet Bars privately or in groups of two.  Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in our private Pilates Studio Area.
