Find an updated list on the FIS TV website and app using the Equipment Link area. At the end of each program, you will notice a specific goal being addressed such as improved core strength, stronger muscles, or better joint stability. Feel free to access these challenges often, as you will be able to practice the cues and develop better execution skills with repetition and focus. Progressive resistance training is the key to muscle health. Load, speed, and instability can be introduced when you have developed more control. Follow the 5 Steps of muscle maintenance and look for the "Amplify" and "Optimize" video collections to build muscle strength and endurance.

To your muscles, everything is resistance. Cardio is low resistance with a repetitive focus. There are circuit classes, HIIT classes, and Barre classes are the most fast paced. But its all about your effort and control! In addition to the workouts, try some light, low-intensity cardio like walking 15-30 minutes a few days during the week.
